Escola de Surf Santa Barbara Açores

The Santa Bárbara Azores Surf School offers Surf, Sup and Bodyboard classes and rents surfboards, Sup, Bodyboard, surfing suits, goggles and diving fins and bicycles.

We also have a service of surf guides for all levels of surfing.

Located in the north of the island of São Miguel, in the Azores archipelago, the Surf School is located on the west side of Santa Barbara beach, next to the Santa Barbara Eco-Beach Resort in Ribeira Grande.

We have beach bar, open every day where we serve light meals, snacks and drinks, with terrace overlooking the beach and the sea.

The School is open from 9:00 a. m. to 7:00 p. m. , every day. We have insurance and both the School and the coaches are certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation.
